Music Box Theatre

Though the Music Box has recently reopened, they were also able to team up with frequent partners to provide viewing-at-home options for all. Sales help support the Music Box and you can watch powerful new films that would otherwise be playing the big screen. Titles include: SAINT FRANCES, BACURAU, THE WHISTLERS and much more added each week!

Gene Siskel Film Center

In addition, The Gene Siskel Film Center has worked with numerous distributors to provide films to stream during their period of suspended programming. Titles include: BALLOON, THE PERFECT NANNY, MEPHISTO, and more.

Facets Multimedia

Audiences in Chicago and across the country can continue to watch newly released independent and international films at Facets Virtual Cinema, which launches Friday, April 17, 2020 with Nicolas Geyrhalter’s latest masterpiece Earth (2019). 50% of all ticket purchases go to Facets in support of the organization during the closure.

MUBI GO provides members with the opportunity to see a hand-picked film, chosen by MUBI's curators, in participating theaters each week. Subscribers can redeem their weekly ticket via the MUBI GO app and also receive access to the MUBI streaming platform. Current MUBI streaming subscribers will be invited to access MUBI GO at no additional cost. New subscribers will be able to sign up for MUBI and receive free access to MUBI GO at the streaming price point of $10.99/month for a limited time.
